“ I visited here about 812 months ago and then again today. First experience was terrible and probably justified the restaurants low rating. My visit today was the exact opposite and I felt compelled to come and add a positive review. I went through the drive through and the worker was very quick to greet me, was kind, patient, answered my questions quickly and knowledgeably, and again greeted me warmly at the window. The food was excellent and I got an extra tender in my box! I never expect it but its always welcome. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants. All of this to say todays experience reversed the poor conception I had of this location from my last visit. Its clear that management has been working on improving, and its paying off. 55 ”

“ I always feel bad because yall get bad reviews, but Ive never had an issue with bad service or bad food in general ever. I feel like some people get upset because I have to wait for their food but then if their food is cold, they also get upset yall do great. I went there today and someone pulled out of the line after ordering and I had just gotten a threepiece combo meal with mashed potatoes on the side and with the meal I got fries And Im assuming because the person that pulled away they had extra fries and so instead of giving me the side of fries that come with the meal they gave me a full box of fries and didnt say anything to me or anything about it. I found out when I got home And obviously was happy about that, but on the other hand, I felt bad for them because they had obviously made the food fresh good food I dont like cold food. I like to go here. I am perfectly crying waiting a couple minutes for my food to be fresh. Im not sure if you guys see this you will see , but whoever was working, you guys did awesome and ignore the people who will complain either way and thank you to the girl at the drive up went above and beyond when it wasnt necessary for her to do so when I asked for she gave me the sauce. She was so respectful and kind , and that goes along way. But also, but also for other customers, it goes a long way for the workers if you are respectful and kind and patient to them because at the end of the day, they are also human and they are doing their best at their job. So many people nowadays, dont even wanna get a job or work, so please be patient with people and respectful be a good person that is not asking for too much. You dont know what someone else is dealing And you might be the first respectful customer that that person had had all day please remember that. Thanks for the awesome spicy tenders fries and mashed potatoes and of course cant forget the awesome biscuit and Mardi Gras mustard. ”

“ Edit 2 back again on super bowl day, I ordered an eightpiece chicken bundle. I had to wait about 15 minutes for regular fried chicken. Im not complaining because whats not to love about fresh hand breaded chicken! Edit placed a mobile order today super bowl day. I took advantage of the 6 free wings offer. Got to window to pick up my order and was told no wings. Nobody took them out of the freezer in time. They resolved the situation and I am happy. They got rid of my favorite side menu item, Green beans. ”

“ They deserved to get 5 stars bc its hard to find a great fast food place in the city let alone one on night shifts. But this had the best reviews online so I chose it. And it was well worth it. “ came here after work at like 10 pm, long day of classes and work, stomach cramps, and fried chicken cravings. I am being serious when i say i have not had a better fast food fried chicken sandwich in my life, i worked at chick fil a for several months. i dont even write reviews much but i need whoever made my sandwich to know that they found perfection. it was perfectly crispy in like a flaky way, it was very juicy i got it with the blackened ranch i dont even know what else to say besides this sandwich almost had me in tears. thank you. the apple cranberry tea is good also ”

“ The food was hot and delicious the only problem I had is I ordered a four piece dark snack and when I got home I had a piece of breast meat in the Box I was very displeased and unhappy. But the other three pieces were pretty good and the side dish could have had more red beans and rice in it. ”
